What is my Taylor 110 acoustic value?
I got really into the guitar when I was younger. Saved a lot of money and bought a new Taylor 110 mark. I think the 110 is the smallest full-size Taylor, but much larger than the Baby Taylors. I do not remember exactly how much paid for it, I think around $ 650 – $ 675. I played a lot the year I bought it, but then I kind of lost interest and has been sitting in its case from the previous years. It's almost perfect. Only brands that are little bumps around the guard selection being played. Has not fallen or anything. It sounds incredible. When I got it, was a very pale, almost white wood with a yellow tinge. The time was one that has darkened and now it looks beautiful. The guy in the guitar shop I bought it said that darken and look better with age, and it does. Therefore, any idea how much it is worth? I see no reason to keep it when not playing more. I'll add a picture of it here in a few minutes …
The 110 goes for about 600 in those days. Used, depending on the condition I would say you could get about 300 to 450. If it is almost perfect condition and has been duly served (humidified, etc), then I would say 400, 450 if you're lucky.
